Plant-Based Cubed Mozzarella 1kg

I eat a lot of Vegan cheese and a lot of pizza, probably trying most if not all of the decent Vegan brands in the UK over the last 20 years and this has been among if not my favourite so will be making a second order shortly. I bought one of each cheese type and all excellent and I've never tried cubed Vegan cheese before but it was a firm stand out. Easy to place/distribute and melted perfectly too, I was worried there would be solid blocks but this was not the case at all.

My order was also quick to arrive, ordering midday on a Wednesday and turning up in time to cook with it on the Thursday

I ordered the sample kit.
All of my products were amazing, my favourite was Ofcourse the mozzarella.
The cheese was delicious and melted amazing.
The team is extremely helpful and polite.

Just like normal mozzarella. I have nothing else to say but that. This needs to be in supermarkets.

The quality of the vegan cheeses have improved (overall) to such point, that you can just eat it straight from the packet. I got few bags to trial at the vegan only event and was surprised how good it was. Flavourful and has a good saltiness kick, melts nicely and looks good. The grated version is perfect for the pizza topping and have enough wetness to keep it most while cooking.

It's a good size bag, pepperoni flavour has a good kick and cooks pretty well as well. It does crumble if you have big fingers, but then you can just do crumble style topping on the pizzas (on my occasion). I will definitely buy once again then needed.

Highly recommend, try it! You not regret it! Very tasty, melts and looks like none vegan cheese, I love it.

I don’t usually do reviews but this plant based mozzarella was amazing and the closest to regular mozzarella that I have tasted- and I’ve tried a lot! No weird aftertaste, just a delicate and creamy mozzarella taste. It melts, stretches and browns perfectly on pizza and doesn’t stick to your teeth. I will definitely be buying again - no need to look elsewhere for plant based mozzarella. This is the best.
